My gerbil is called Raphael,
On Friday afternoon Year 4 presented their Leaving Concert to a hall full of family and friends. They revealed their talents and had the premier of their film Cindy, Ann and Bones and the Temple of Boom.
Also, goodbye from me. In September Miss Bush and Mrs Mason will be teaching Year 4 and overseeing this blog as I will be moving to my new school.
Last night Year 4, their families and friends celebrated their achievements at St Luke’s and looked forward to the future with an evening event to say goodbye. Mr Leach worked tirelessly at the BBQ demonstrating his excellent spatula skills whilst everyone had a lovely evening. Thank you to everyone who was able to attend and for your support with this event, our Family Farewell.
Can you calculate the perimeter and area of the display boards? Find out more about this investigation with NRICH maths. Year 4 used felt pens as a non-standard unit of measurement to solve the challenge questions.
Only one week left before the Summer holidays and Year 4 start their journey to Middle school. Lots of exciting things happening this week so let’s make it the best.
On Wednesday afternoon Year 4 performed a concert for their friends and families. After learning how to play the flute with Mrs Evans, they performed a selection of tunes on the flute and sang some songs on what was a very hot day. Well done Year 4
